That's not the problem. That's why you're here.
The problem is the jaw you didn't notice was clenched, and the belief underneath it: that if you step away from the desk, the money stops and the whole thing stalls without you.
So you never stop, and another year of this looks like performing at eighty percent and calling it your ceiling.
It's Wednesday. You've done your early work, and instead of pushing into the ninth hour, you shut the laptop and go for a walk with a group of entrepreneurs.
Within four minutes, you've stopped explaining yourself. Your family loves you, but they don't get what you do. These people do.
We walk, we stop for twenty minutes of guided work, and your shoulders come down an inch.
Then we keep walking and talking, and the problem you've been circling for three weeks quietly rearranges itself while you're not staring at it.
You're back at your desk by lunch. Head clear, one small reset practice in your back pocket, and three people in your phone who get what you do.

A lanyard, a room of people pitching you what they do, ninety minutes you'd like back.
It's a walk. It's FUN. You move your body, you get your head back, and you spend the time with people who understand your working life without you having to explain it.
Which, funnily enough, is how the good stuff tends to happen - a contact, a piece of advice from someone who's already done what you're doing, a partnership you'd never have found in a boardroom.
Run by two women whose offices have never been a boardroom, and it shows.
✅ One reset practice you'll actually use - a two-minute technique you can do in the car, in the bathroom at a conference, or before you walk into a hard conversation. Small enough that you'll do it.
✅ A clearer head, without trying - no goal-setting, no intention exercises, no homework. You walk, you breathe, you talk with good people, and you get back to your desk thinking straighter than when you left.
✅ The relief of not being the only one - a couple of hours with people who know the ups, the downs, the 3am doubt and the wins nobody else understands the size of. You'll stop explaining yourself, and you'll realise how much energy that was quietly costing you.
✅ Why you can't think your way out of a tight chest - now with a clearer head you'll remember why changing your physical state comes before changing your strategy.
✅ A standing spot in the room - Wellth Wednesdays runs monthly. You're not attending an event, you're joining a crew - The Wellth Walkers
This isn't just talk. You'll walk out with one practice you can use the next morning, and a room you belong in.
THE MORNING

No agenda, no slides, no sitting. We start moving straight away, because movement is what drops you out of your overthinking head and back into your body. This is where the reset begins.

We stop. A validated facilitator leads you through a breathwork session designed to regulate your nervous system and change your state, fast. You'll learn exactly how to bring this tool into your working day.

We walk again, activated bodies, open minds, and real conversations with entrepreneurs who actually get it. This is where the magic compounds.

Stay to the end and have the chance to win the lucky door prize.
The people in your life love you, but they don't get it. They don't understand the pressure of being the one who has to show up for everything, all the time. You're not running on empty because you're weak. You're running on empty because you've been treating your body like a passenger.

"What a wonderful day with lovely company, conversations where I didn't feel like I had to perform, nature and glorious swims"

Betty and Sabina met during their Neuroencoding certification - two entrepreneurs who take inner work seriously.
Like most business owners, they both wanted to exercise, catch up with people, and actually take a breath, but the one-on-one coffees were stacking up and the guilt of stepping away from work was real. So they did what entrepreneurs do. They found a smarter way.
Why catch up one by one when we can get everyone together, move our bodies, and make it worth our while?
Wellth Walking Co was born from that exact problem and the realisation that so many other business owners feel the same way. Always switched on. Always giving. Rarely stopping to nourish themselves without guilt.
This is the solution they built for themselves and decided to share with everyone.
YEARS IN HIGH-PERFORMANCE

GENERATIONAL WELLNESS

Founder of Beyond Guidebook
Sabina knows what it feels like to run on empty. After nearly two decades building a life in Australia -leading hospitality teams, co-owning a business, creating spaces where people connect the pace caught up with her. Anxiety, memory loss, the physical toll of chronic stress. She found her way back through nature, movement, and simply being present outside.
That lived experience became her life's work. Today Sabina's company Beyond Guidebook, a licensed eco-tour business takes people into Australia's most breathtaking national parks in groups and works one-on-one with locals who need to slow down, reconnect, and breathe again.
She is a licensed NSW National Parks Eco Pass operator, certified in Ecotherapy and Neuroencoding, and trained in Mental Health First Aid.
Driven by purpose. Rooted in nature. Here to walk alongside you.
Founder of GenWell Co
Betty spent 26 years on high-stakes global film and television productions staying calm and composed under pressure while a thunderstorm ran on the inside. She knows that world intimately.
Becoming a solo mother by choice changed everything. It cracked her open in the best possible way and sent her on a deliberate journey inward into nervous system regulation and the kind of healing that actually sticks because it lives in the body, not just the mind.
Today Betty is a speaker, investor, ambassador of women's confidence, and founder of GenWell Co - Generational Wellness. She is building a global movement to break the stigma around healing -bringing it into practical, everyday life in a way that is practical, powerful, and actually fun - through storytelling, music, movement, dance, and film.
She believes one thing above everything else:
You are the number one asset in your life. When you invest in yourself, everything else compounds.

Steph is the founder of Revive Wellness Club, a certified 9D Breathwork Facilitator and Trauma-Informed Practitioner.
She spent years in a corporate marketing career before finding breathwork, which changed how she understood stress, the body, and what it actually takes to perform at your best. She left that career to do this full time, because she saw how much people needed a space to come back to themselves and learn how to regulate their nervous system.
Since then, she has guided hundreds of people through immersive breathwork experiences, corporate wellness programs, and 1:1 coaching, always grounded in the same belief: your nervous system holds the answers your mind can't always find on its own.
You just need to be able to walk. This is not a fitness event, it's a wellness experience. All bodies and all fitness levels welcome.

No. The walks are built for entrepreneurs — that's who you'll be walking with and that's the conversation you'll hear, but nobody's checking. You'll find the crew is friendly, heart-led, likes moving and doesn't do small talk. And if you don't have a business of your own, you'll probably leave a bit inspired, with an idea you weren't expecting.
Please come. Being around people a few steps ahead of you is one of the fastest things you can do for yourself, and it's a lot easier to ask the real questions on a walk than at a networking event. You'll find people are very generous with their wisdom

No mats, no chanting, nothing you'd feel silly doing in public. You stand or sit, you're guided through some breathing, it takes about fifteen or twenty minutes. Most people say it's the clearest their head has been all week. If you'd rather just stand there quietly, that's completely fine too.
Yes — bring a business partner, a mate who needs it, or someone you've been meaning to catch up with properly. Just book them a spot so we know numbers.
We walk anyway. You're an entrepreneur - you've done harder things before 9am. A bit of Sydney drizzle isn't going to stop us, so bring a jacket. If it's genuinely wild out there, you'll hear from us the evening before with a new date.
Most people arrive on their own the first time. That's actually the easiest way to do it — you're walking side by side rather than facing a room, which makes conversation take care of itself. You won't be standing around wondering who to talk to.
Comfortable shoes, water, and a jacket if the sky looks uncertain. That's it. Leave the laptop.
You've got to do what you've got to do. But see if you can give yourself the full two hours — this is one of the few blocks in your week where you're the priority, and that's a habit worth building. There's also a lucky door prize drawn at the end, so there's that.
No lunch provided, but there's a café nearby if you want to grab something afterwards — plenty of people do, and it's usually where the good conversations keep going. Bring water for the walk itself.

This 1.5hrs will be well worth the ROI
