She covers topics such as resilience under pressure, nervous system leadership, self worth as an asset, and stepping into authentic personal leadership.

Betty Fotofili learned to command a room before she learned long division. One of eight kids with five brothers, she grew up a tomboy, still is, really, in a house where you were loud or you were last, and the quickest wit at the table ate first. It was her first dynamic environment, and her first stage.
She took that training into 26 years running high-stakes global film sets, directing cast and crews of hundreds through pressure, chaos and impossible deadlines. Mostly rooms full of men, mostly with one microphone and no second takes: keeping things moving, keeping it efficient, and somehow keeping it fun. She also taught at film school, where she discovered the thing that changed everything: on stage, she wasn't performing. She was home.
Today Betty speaks to organisations and audiences ready for real transformation. She doesn't deliver presentations; she transmits, with humour, story and a somatic depth that gets under the skin of a room. She speaks on resilience under pressure, self-worth as your greatest asset, nervous system leadership, and stepping into the leading lady role of your own life. Founder of the Wellthvolution, a global movement making transformation everyone's default, she's helped over 60 women move from self-doubt to unshakable confidence, and she brings the same message to every stage: you are the number one asset in your life. Invest accordingly.
Betty is available for keynotes, panels, podcasts and media appearances.
